“Outstanding service. They were extremely careful delivering the extra large container into our driveway.” -- A. L. GARNER
A man was going through the dumpster behind Little Caesar's, near 12th Avenue and Valencia Road, on Tuesday when he found the skull, according to Sgt. Pete Dugan, a police spokesman. He called police. Responding officers agreed that the skull appeared to be human and contacted the medical examiner's office, Dugan said. A forensic anthropologist is expected to examine the skull next. Dugan said it was unclear whether the skull had been used for educational purposes or whether there was foul play involved. Further details were not immediately available.
