Milwaukee Fire Department firetruck driven by firefighter Mike Ball, as the truck rolls into the lot at St. John Vianney Catholic School in Brookfield. Reuter's parents, Bart and Carrie Reuter of Brookfield, had the winning bid of at a charity auction for the Basilica of St. Josaphat in Milwaukee last December, that allowed their son to ride to school in the firetruck. In addition to the charitable advantage of events like this, Milwaukee Fire Chief Mark Rohlfing explained that having firefighters in the public eye in non-emergency situations builds the relationship with the community.
